Hi everybody I am Daisy, a native unicorn of San Diego. I have spent most of my culinary time in catering, where I have developed a huge heart of all the foods, and I mean ALL the foods. From crafting the perfect grilled cheese, to a traditional Indian wedding, to a buffet for 1500 people, and one of my favorites paella.
The focus of my food journey is truly all about finding new and fresh and exciting flavors. I love finding new tastes and combinations of ingredients and letting the produce truly shine. Hi! I'm Vicky. I'm the badass baker from Brooklyn, NY. I am a self taught pastry chef - heavily influenced by my NYC upbringing, I love to incorporate flavors from SoCal to create a unique culinary experience.
I am an eclectic baker, having baked in kitchens across the culinary spectrum, from International Smoke in Del Mar to Dinosaur Barbeque in NYC.
I am also a Friendly Feast participating chef and competed in their Bake Sale and Pie v. Cake challenges (Congrats Team Cake 2020!)
I am a garlic enthusiast. I blame my Puerto Rican and Italian heritage, garlic runs in my blood and vampires are afraid of me.
And finally, I am a sprinkle fanatic. I'd put sprinkles on your nose if you'd let me.
